Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 August 2026
This policy explains what data MiRitmo collects when you use this website and the training platform, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
Who we are
MiRitmo is a training analysis platform for track and endurance athletes. This site, miritmo.run, is the English edition of the service. For any privacy question, contact us through the contact page.
What we collect
We keep collection to what the service needs to function.
- Account data: your name, email address and password hash.
- Training data: sessions, laps, splits, heart rate and any notes you add.
- Device connections: tokens issued by the watch platform you connect, used only to import your activities.
- Technical data: basic, aggregated usage statistics that help us keep the service reliable.
Why we process it
We process your data to run your account, import and analyse your sessions, share the results with a coach when you choose to, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your training data to build advertising profiles.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your training history from our systems. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Retention
We keep your training data while your account is active. When you delete your account, data is removed from live systems and purged from backups on the normal backup rotation.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we will notify registered users by email and update the date at the top of this page.
