The Sankey Arms (Rangoli), Blackbrook Road, ST. HELENS, North West

Location & Parking There is limited parking available at the event start/finish, at the Sankey Visitors Centre, located on Blackbrook Road, St Helens, WA11 0AB. ​ Registration and Race Numbers Race numbers are to be collected on the day from the Sankey Visitors Centre. ​ Toilets Toilets are available in the Sankey Visitors Centre. ​ Course The course is mostly compact trail surfaces, with some tarmac paths. As with all trail surfaces, they can be uneven, muddy and rocky. Please make sure you wear appropriate footwear and take care whilst on the course. The park is open to the public, so please be careful and courteous to anyone else that may be on the route. There are a few sections where there may be cars, these will be marshalled, but please be very careful at these points. ​ Marshalls There will be marshals along the entire route to cheer you on, give directions and provide support if you need it. Please ensure you follow all instructions from the marshals, for your own safety. ​ Baggage Drop It may be possible to leave baggage in the Sankey Visitor Centre, but items are left entirely at your own risk. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for any items that you leave. ​ Water Water is provided at the end as part of the finisher's goody bag. There will not be any water stations along the route. ​ Goody Bags All finishers will get an amazing goody bag at the end, including a special memento of the race. ​ Refreshments Please join us for post-race food and drinks in The Ship Inn straight after the race, which is located at the race start area. ​ Prizes Prizes will be handed out from 11:00 in the Ship Inn, for the following achievements: Overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female 1st place in the following age categories for both Male and Female: v40, v45, v50, v55, v60 and v65. ​ All participants must be at least 15 years old on the day of the race.
