An exciting half marathon and 10k race on one of the most iconic trails of the Peak District with epic views over the Derbyshire Dales Saturday 24 & Sunday 25 October 2026, 10:00 Bakewell, Derbyshire Half Marathon & 10k Multi Terrain, Undulating Overview Starting at the old Bakewell station site, the Monsal Trail is made up from a former Midland Railway line taking runners through four tunnels and across the spectacular Monsal viaduct. The course is surrounded by beautiful scenery and an ideal race for Autumn marathon training. There is a choice of half marathon and 10k distances and take place on both Saturday and Sunday, choose between one or both days!
