We are delighted to announce the return of the original Dartmouth Regatta Road Race route, last contested in 2023. After three successful years of starting and finishing at the Historic Royal Naval College, this year's race will once again begin and end at the iconic Boat Float Bridge in the heart of Dartmouth. Competitors will tackle a scenic 5.2-mile circular course, showcasing some of South Devon's most spectacular coastal scenery. The route follows the breathtaking mouth of the River Dart, offering stunning views of the estuary and Dartmouth Castle before climbing steadily towards Stoke Fleming. From there, runners will turn onto Redlap Lane, where panoramic views across the English Channel provide an unforgettable backdrop. The course then descends back into Dartmouth, culminating in a memorable finish along the embankment, where enthusiastic crowds of spectators will be waiting to cheer every runner across the line. Whether you're racing for a personal best or simply enjoying one of the region's most picturesque road races, this year's return to the classic course promises an unforgettable experience. On the day entry to close at 12.30pm on race day. There is limited parking in the town centre so it is recommended to use the Park and Ride. There are public toilets at Avenue Gardens and Market Square.
